Terms of References (ToRs) for Data Collectors
Job Title: Data Collector/ Enumerator
Location: Hopley and Epworth (Harare)
Accurately record responses on questionnaires provided by the M&E Officers
Ensure that questionnaires have been thoroughly checked and completed before submission.
Submit completed questionnaires and other equipment used in fieldwork to the responsible M&E officer in charge, and, if required to do so, compile his/her findings in a format required by the programme.
As part of each assignment, participate in briefings; carry out data collection and data entry.
Recognize and give account of problems in obtaining data and provide useful feedback from field research activities
Work according to the programme’s needs.
Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to 1 day robust data collection training on the 17th of January 2020.
Experience and qualifications
The enumerator should have;
A degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Business or any relevant degree
Experience in data collection, administering questionnaires and conducting interviews, data collection and data entry in at least 2 instances;
Experience in mobile data collection using applications such as kobocollect, ODK, Survey CTO etc.
Willingness to learn and explore new experiences
Participate in data coding and cleaning
